Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date are eligible for a refund. If payment was made via PayPal, any non-refundable PayPal transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop date will incur a £20 cancellation fee, plus any non-refundable PayPal transaction fees (where applicable). The remaining balance will be refunded.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us before the workshop, subject to the organiser’s approval.
• If the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future workshop.
• To avoid PayPal transaction fees, payment can be made by bank transfer. Bank transfer payments are not subject to PayPal fees.
• If paying by bank transfer, please email us proof of payment and provide your full name ( as you would like it to appear on your certificate), Your phone number, and confirming the workshop or course you are enrolling to attend. Bank transfer payments are not subject to PayPal fees.
• By booking a workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these cancellation terms.
