My career began in the technology industry, working in hardware and software. after marriage, my life took a new turn, toward understanding the most advanced system of all, Human Body..

Becoming a massage therapist opens the door to a new world of anatomy, biomechanics, and hands-on therapy. from that point, my passion for learning and improving human performance took over. over there years, I h've traded in a wide rage of massage and manual therapy techniques , combining traditional approach  with modern evidence base knowledge. 

With over 20 years of clinical experience, I've been privileged to work with people from all walks of life, from everyday clients to lathers. helping them recover, perform, and move better. My dedication to excellence led me to compete internationally, where I was honoured to win first place at the world massage championships, and achievement that opened exciting new opportunities and global connections.

Together with my husband, we run the Heeler Centre, a Thriving complementary therapy clinic that we build from the ground up, starting with just one couch in a single room, and growing it into a busy clinic with 10 treatment rooms and a team of exceptional therapists.

Today, I'm proud to continue this journey by leading my own VTCT accredited massage training centre, where I teach Sports Massage and Thai massage and CPD for massage therapists. My goal is to share real world experience, anatomical understanding, and professional techniques that empower students to build successful, rewarding careers in the health and wellness industry.
