Stylish Deep Tissue & Advanced Stretching Masterclass

1. Reservation & Investment
To ensure an exclusive and high-quality learning environment, places are limited.
• A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place.
• Your attendance is confirmed only upon receipt of this deposit.
• The remaining balance (£250) must be settled no later than 7 days prior to the masterclass.
• Any unpaid balances beyond this point may result in the release of your place without notice.
2. Cancellation & Transfers
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, due to the limited nature of this event:
• All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will not require further payment (deposit retained).
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event will incur the full workshop fee, which is non-refundable.
• Your place may be transferred to another qualified therapist with prior written approval from the organiser.
3. Event Changes
In the unlikely event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organiser:
• You will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to a future training date.
• Rebuild You Academy is not liable for any external costs incurred (including travel or accommodation).
4. Professional Eligibility
This masterclass is designed for qualified massage therapists and bodywork professionals seeking to refine advanced skills.
• By booking, you confirm that you meet the professional requirements.
• Participants are expected to be in suitable physical condition to fully engage in practical sessions.
5. Wellbeing & Responsibility
Your safety and longevity in practice are at the core of this training.
• You agree to work within your own professional and physical limits at all times.
• Any injuries, conditions, or concerns must be disclosed prior to participation.
• All techniques must be performed in accordance with the educator’s guidance.
6. Conduct & Experience
We are committed to maintaining a focused, respectful, and elevated learning environment.
• Professional behaviour is expected at all times.
• The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the integrity of the experience, without refund.
7. Media & Brand Representation
• Photography and video content may be captured during the masterclass for promotional use.
• If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform us in advance.
8. Intellectual Property
The techniques, sequences, and teaching materials shared during this masterclass are the intellectual property of the educator.
• They are intended for personal professional application only.
• Recording, reproducing, or teaching this material without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Liability
• Participation is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
• Rebuild You Academy and the educator accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage sustained during or in connection with the event.
10. Acceptance
• Submission of your deposit confirms your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Participant preparation & requirements
To maintain the highest standard of hands - on learning and ensure a smooth practical experience, participants are kindly asked to come prepared
Equipment
• Participants are encouraged to bring their own portable massage table ( couch)
• If transporting a table is not feasible ( for example, when travelling by train or log distance ), please inform the organiser in advance so appropriate arrangements can be considered.
Catering
• Participants are requested to bring their own lunch
• A selection of refreshments will be provided throughout the day to supports your comfort and focus
