Course Title: Freestyle therapeutic
Description: This workshop is a hands-on training course focused on massage techniques, body mechanics, and therapeutic approaches, designed to improve skills and promote wellness.

Day 2: Advance Cupping + PNF Stretching
Course Title: Dry Cupping Therapy (Advanced Techniques)
Description: This course, Cupping Therapy for body workers, is designed to equip massage therapists, physiotherapists, fitness professional, and bodyworkers with the knowledge and practical skills to effectively used both fire and vacuum cupping techniques for therapeutic purposes. The training also includes integrated PNF stretching methods to enhance treatment outcome. with a strong focus on hands- on practice, participants will gain the confidence to apply these techniques immediately in their work.
